Mark Burnett Hoping To "Reinvent" 'Martha Stewart Living'

Just when everything was going wrong for Martha Stewart along comes Mark Burnett to try and make it all right again. On her way to prison next month after four felony convictions Stewart will spend five months in prison and five months in house arrest immediately afterwards, and Burnett would like to be waiting for her on the outside. The reality program would follow much of the same format as her now-cancelled 'Martha Stewart Living' program where details would be more on becoming a domestic diva than digging the dirt on California's dingy prisons.

UPDATE: A deal has now been completed between Mark Burnett and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia to "advise and consult with the company regarding various television matters." One of these will be the aforementioned reality program.
