ALF Returns to TV .. Again
Posted by Rick Jessup, October 28 03:38 PM

A while ago we reported on the variety special to be hosted by ALF, the puppet resident of Melmac from the 80s TV series. With his popularity inexplicably surging in recent years he had been resurrected for a one-time program allowing him to partake in skits and interview celebrities. It seems the show was popular as it was announced today that 'ALF's Hit Talk Show' will return November 5th to TV Land, airing every Friday at 11PM ET. Six episodes have been produced and will feature Doris Roberts ('Everybody Loves Raymond'), Bryan Cranston ('Malcolm In The Middle'), Vincent Pastore ('The Sopranos'), Tom Green, and Merv Griffin. Co-hosting duties have been taken by the legendary Ed McMahon.

Comments

ALF was enjoyable back in the 80's - but much like many things in the 80's - it should stay there. CRAP.
