oa.com Podcast: Week 4
Posted by Rick Jessup, June 25 03:54 PM

Week four is a bit of an experiment, subtitled "Rick's Songs of Summer". With the weather having taken a warm turn, and myself about to embark on a large chunk of driving from here to Boston and back, I wanted a CD-length podcast of summer music. For better or worse there's no talking this week, just over 75 minutes of straight music with very little silence. I've mixed and crossfaded almost everything, trying to pick points that fit, and allowing for one long cohesive summer song. Hopefully you'll find this is the perfect piece of warm-weather music for your backyard party, driving, or even a subway ride on your iPod.

Those wishing to burn this to CD should download the .cue file, which will separate the single MP3 into a series of MP3 track stops to allow for 26 different tracks on your CD.
