Bo Bice Once Faced Cocaine, Pot Charges

If there's a moral to this story it's that Fox should be hiring The Smoking Gun to do their background checks. The online rat mag (I mean that in a good way, I love'em) has discovered an arrest record for 29-year-old 'American Idol' finalist Harold "Bo" Bice. Bice was arrested in 2001 after purchasing a 1/2 gram of cocaine from an acquaintance in the Silver Dollar strip club in Huntsville, Alabama. He was arrested again in 2003 for marijuana possession, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He pled guilty to the latter two misdemeanors in December of 2004, but entered a "diversion program" that resulted in the dismissal of his cocaine and pot possession charges.
