Staples Sells Over 1,000 Desk Apprentices Within Minutes

'The Apprentice' fans witnessed the two teams fight it out to create a helpful office item, meant to reduce clutter on desks everywhere. The winning team, Magna, created the "desk apprentice" - essentially four vertical file folders turned sideways and connected in a box, with tubes in the corners as a catch-all for pens and such things. The $35 item was a hot-seller immediately following the episode last Thursday with reports that over 1,000 of the items were sold on the Staples website 15 minutes after the episode aired.
