When we last saw Tony Almedia on '24' he was being led away in handcuffs after being convicted of treason by forgoing the safety of his CTU teammates to rescue his wife from the clutches of a terrorist. Shortly thereafter we heard he was one of many in the cast with no contract renewal. Well good news arrives for his fans as Carlos Bernard has finalized a contract that will see him return for season four.
