Today was Mary’s 33rd birthday

Today was Mary’s 33rd birthday – quite the cradle robber, me being 28 and all. We had a nice day, starting with a doctor’s visit for her (hehe..) and moving forward into a viewing of the lacklustre second edition of Men In Black and ending with dinner at Montana’s in Brampton. I think she had a good time and it was a big surprise to get my grandparents (Nan & Bumps .. that’s his name .. seriously ..) out of the house and to a restaurant.

Tomorrow is Comdex down in Toronto. Once, many moons ago, when I was the 20-year old “CEO and President” of my own company (hehe.. free pass!) Comdex was practically swag town – you could make out with bags of poop. Unfortunately, the last few years the best I’ve done was a bunch of pens, foam balls, and one Novell t-shirt for yelling “PIMP!” at their booth. They’ll be on to me this year, it will serve me no good to run around the booths yelling “PIMP!” at everyone. *sigh*

When it comes to certain wars in certain countries, with certain moronic reasoning and “logic” behind it, I say look to The Onion.

Cheers,
