Does anybody here watch Ed? It’s, like, the best show ever. Well, not ever, but the best show to air on NBC in years. Today comes news that Josh Randall, who portrays Dr. Mike Burton, has been arrested for smoking crack in a New York City park. While everyone in the courts is innocent (har! har!), there seems to be a perfectly plausible explanation for this as put forth by his lawyer – that while lost he asked a homeless man for directions to a bus, and in return for the favour, offered him $20. At this point, he was arrested. Let’s ignore, for a moment, the stunning lack of crack smoking thus far, and skip right to the part where Dr. Handsome requested a drug test and was turned down by the cops. No, that would have made it much more difficult to charge him for smoking crack, right? This wouldn’t be near as absurd if the charge was BUYING crack.
Anyways, he’s innocent. Let’s move along.
Alex has an excellent piece on ethics in business today, on a more serious note. I demand you read it now. GO ON! GIT!
Actually, before you go, a small lesson on internet dating etiquette. If you’re going to send your potential object of unsatiable lust a phony picture, try not to get angry when he’s less than impressed.
Cheers!
