TV Guide says “At the reward challenge, the tribe members are required to answer personal questions that have the potential to alienate some players”, which sounds like the “turn them against themselves” challenge where correct questions allow someone to slowly eliminate other players, thus revealing the pecking order. Danielle‘s hair looks clean in the teaser at the end of the last episode, which likely means she goes. If she actually wins or not is another question, but she’ll get Reward.

While they teased us with images of helicopters and such a few weeks ago when Bruce took a knife to the face and barely felt it, this time things will be decidedly more serious. Bruce is taken out of the game due to illness, leaving no immunity challenge and no tribal council (unless it’s a ceremonial one, likely off air).
