It’s phone voting error #3 for Fox’s ‘American Idol’. Last night’s performance episode found host Ryan Seacrest doing the one thing he was not supposed to – screw up on the phone number. During one of Vonzell Solomon’s performances Seacrest announced her voting numbers as 1-866-IDOLS-01 and 1-866-IDOLS-05, when the IDOLS-05 would actually lead to votes for Bo Bice. He quickly corrected himself coming back from commercial. It is once again unlikely anything will happen as the error was rapidly corrected, and only viewers catching the performance on timeshifting could likely have taken advantage of the mistake.
