ABC Unveils Fall Lineup

One year ago there was little-to-no attention on the ABC fall lineup. The network hadn’t seen a hit in years, and needed something to change quickly. One year later their hits ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Lost’ have helped turn the network around, and the buzz around their upcoming season was huge going in to today. Seven new shows (marked with a *) will appear on the fall schedule, with cancellations going to ‘8 Simple Rules’, ‘Blind Justice’, ‘Complete Savages’, ‘Eyes’, and ‘My Wife & Kids’. Oddly, ‘The Bachelor’ has been picked up for yet another season, to appear after the conclusion of ‘Monday Night Football’ in January. ‘Alias’ fans, the news isn’t good – the ever-struggling spy thriller will compete with ‘Survivor: Guatemala’ and ‘The OC’ this September.
