The best Weekend Update anchor in the history of ‘Saturday Night Live’ is once again looking for work – CNBC has cancelled Dennis Miller’s self-titled talk show. Tomorrow’s (Friday) broadcast will be his last. The cancellation follows earlier killings of ‘McEnroe’, hosted by former tennis great John McEnroe, and ‘Topic A with Tina Brown’. The business-themed network, whose ratings are highest during the day when the markets are open, has struggled with their primetime schedule since their inception. Miller’s show had been averaging only 168,000 viewers.
