Only two months before he begins filming ‘Mission: Impossible 3’ JJ Abrams is looking at filling two big holes in his lineup. Citing scheduling conflicts both female leads – Carrie-Anne Moss (‘The Matrix’) and Scarlett Johansson (‘Lost in Translation’). Abrams blames a delay in filming while the script was rewritten for the casting change, noting “I’m a huge fan of each actor that they cast originally, but to have kept the actors when we are reinventing the story would have been an odd process … it just felt like we had to start over with a clean slate.”
