’24’ Season Five .. on NBC?

It rarely – if ever – happens, but it appears a popular show may be swapping networks without first being cancelled. The New York Post is reporting that Fox’s licensing deal with their real-time drama ’24’ expires after four seasons, which means three more episodes. Although, typically, a show will then simply be renewed for more, NBC has expressed interest in acquiring ’24’ to boost their decimated lineup for the Fall 2005/06 season.
