Turns out the injury that took LeAnn Rimes away from her hosting duties on ‘Nashville Star’ last week was more serious than originally thought. Rimes, who is recovering from a broken blood vessel on one of her vocal chords, will miss tonight’s episode and is iffy for the season finale next week. A severe case of viral bronchitis is responsible for the injury, and her doctors have indicated “there is no timetable for her return” at this point. Guest hosting duties will be filled once again by country music star Sara Evans. Tonight’s broadcast will eliminate one of the final four – Jody Evans, Erika Jo Heriges, Jason Meadows, and Jayron Weaver.
