Vancouver: Day ?

I think the days are all starting to flow together at this point, and I’m kind of forgetting what I’ve done and when it was. That’s alright, though, things have been pretty casual and relaxing for the most part. Yesterday I had to try the famous $1.25 slice of pizza, located right next door to the also famous $0.93 slice of pizza. I had been told they weren’t even comparable, and a testimonial in the window does note “I don’t mind the $0.30 – I’d pay a $1 more!” It was pretty good pizza. Roamed the streets some, more coffee, a horrid creation at Blenz known as a Matcha Latte – think steamed milk and seaweed. Over to Hon’s – standing for House of Noodle’s – and some authentic Chinese won ton soup with noodles. That was good. Over to the Vancouver Aquarium where I would have spent all day playing with otters if they’d let me – I love those things. Back to rest for a bit, then off to the best restaurant of the trip – Las Margaritas. Authentic Mexican food, something I rarely get. I even had a margarita. Go me.
So I’m meeting Mark and his fiance for breakfast in an hour or so, and then we’re off to Seattle for two days. Mark and I haven’t seen each other in about 10 years, when we used to play in a band in Toronto. Should be cool to catch up.
Cheers!
