Hot on the heels of complaints pertaining to the lack of new shows, ABC has announced some pseudo-new treatments to their two most popular programs. ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Lost’, two bonafide hits with legions of fans who seem to hate reruns will get special editions running in regular rerun-filled timeslots that will catch viewers up on the shows from the beginning. ‘Desperate Housewives: Sorting Out the Dirty Laundry’ will air Sunday, April 24th and ‘Lost: The Journey’ will air Wednesday, April 27th, and both will air with little or no new material. While ‘Housewives’ is still scheduled to keep going with new shows in the near future, ‘Lost’ is back in repeats until the week after their retrospective.
