Fans of ‘Seinfeld’ will be sad to learn of the passing of Barney Martin, the man who portrayed Morty Seinfeld on the popular NBC sitcom. Martin passed away on Monday at the age of 82, succumbing to a battle with cancer. He had been a pilot during the second World War before returning to be a police office in New York City. He would later find the acting bug on Broadway, including a role in the first production of ‘Chicago’.
