REWARD
The “Shoot & Switch” challenge finally should make some use of the present but ignored military theme this season. Our Survivors will use air guns of some sort (think paintball) to shoot at flags, and my assumption is the team that a) shoots all of their flags first; or b) shoots all of the other teams flags first will be the team to win. That team will be Koror, simply because it is my feeling that if I keep picking Koror to win everything I’ll rarely be incorrect.
IMMUNITY
This one is called “Build It Up, Tear It Down”, and it’s actually quite interesting. Kudos to the crew for finally creating new challenges – it only took 10 years to get those writers to start writing again. This one is mildly complicated, but it goes like this: Each tribe gets the other teams flag in a box and some rope. They tie up the box with rope to make it as difficult to get into as possible. At the challenge, the teams retrieve wood planks from the water, build a larger box around their smaller box, and then the teams switch. The first team to get to their flag and plant it wins. What the hey, let’s go with Koror.
BOOT
Maybe some people won’t like this, but I’m really enjoying the systematic picking off of Ulong due to their own ineptitude. It’s about time a tribe truly screwed themselves over with these ridiculous vote off strategies. The meek shall inherit Loser Lodge, and this week it’s James (FINALLY!) who walks the plank. 8-on-3 after tonight.. go figure.
