I’m not going to go off on some tirade about yesterday’s Canadian budget, there’s plenty of people doing that already. Something for everyone, right? I do want to note one thing.
Eye exams still won’t be covered. Chiropractic care still won’t be covered. But marijuana bought for health purposes will now be eligible for a 16% tax credit.
Welcome to Canada.
So let me get this straight:
If I buy pot to releive my glaucoma, I can claim it on my taxes as a deduction, but the eye exam that I need in order to have my condition diagnosed needs to be paid out of my own pocket.
I get it now.
I wonder if medical marijuana would help these migraines I’m getting due to excessive Liberal Government….?
