Well, the 7th Network Wars went off without much of a hitch this weekend. We ended things off with some Swiss Chalet and a little Super Bowl, and our search for American commercials was (of course) unsuccessful. I sure do love the CRTC for ensuring that rather than expensive, funny American commercials we got residual space budget ads for local retailers instead. It’s amazing how boring the Super Bowl can be when you have to watch the football.
Unfortunately I found out the hard way that the license office in Bolton isn’t open on Saturday, and I thus have to now make my way to them today to get my plates and license renewed a little late. Thanks to the gang that’s been chauffeuring me around for two days.
Once I’m back it’s off to get a computer case and then begin to assemble my new system. Thanks to Rob, Rocco, and Junior for hooking a brother up with a new mobo, ram, and processor to get started on the new beast!
Cheers!
