ABC’s season of good news continued last night with word that cult favourite ‘Alias’, which had always suffered from low ratings on Sunday night, pulled in over 16,000,000 viewers for a 10.9/16 share and their highest ratings since their first season. However, bad news arrived in the revelation that star Jennifer Garner has sustained nerve damage to her back after a botched stunt on the set and is unavailable to work or do press for her new film ‘Elektra’. She will be at this weekend’s premiere in Las Vegas, but may miss her scheduled stint as host of ‘Saturday Night Live’ a week Saturday.
