Microsoft has taken a page from the RIAA playbook by suing a teenager. 17-year-old Mike Rowe of Victoria, BC registered www.mikerowesoft.com and was promptly told to cease and desist due to “copyright infringement”. He asked for compensation and was offered $10USD, which he countered by asking for $10,000. He has now received a 25-page document from Microsoft accusing him of trying to force Microsoft into giving him a large settlement.
Cheers!
and the law firm that microsoft is using to sue him is Smart & Biggar

Smart and Biggar? Sounds like a school yard bully to me. I hope the kid hangs in there and fights this one!
