My Bad

Oops, I forgot to tell Rogers I’d fixed my connection after the disastrous start to this endeavour almost 24 hours ago. They just showed up at my door.
I won’t feel too bad, considering the extent of their previous help was to get me to turn the modem off and on. When I said we needed to do something else, the reply I received was “that’s all we know how to do – we’re taught to turn the modem off and on. Now we’ll have to send a technician out.”

  1. I can totally relate. When I lived in Canada, I had Rogers and well… they know very little about anything to tell you the truth.
