One of the items I purchased for food during this little marathon were some Island Lime & Chili Skinny Sticks from nSpired Natural Foods. I’ve been very conscious of what I eat the last six months or so and this seemed like a neat thing to try, being healthy and (apparently) organic and all.
Surprise! They’re AMAZING. I’d eat these any day of the week, fo shizzle. They’re pushing their new Soy Chips on their site now, which I wouldn’t eat if you paid me. Soy is estrogen, man, and I ain’t allowing no food to turn me into Mr. Sensitive Pony Tail Man.

Carbs are fine, just make sure you work them off. ie. don’t eat them at midnight during a Blogathon.
