A few notes on the pending Blogathon:
A) So far four of you have donated, but three of the four have indicated they want to be anonymous. This is unfortunate for me only because I have absolutely no idea who to thank! So if your name isn’t Rob Williams I’d invite you to login to your Blogathon account and set your privacy level to “Blogger Only” or simply e-mail me and let me know who you are.
B) Due to the generosity of these four we’re up to $60CDN and $10USD, for an approximate total of $75CDN towards my $200CDN goal. If you’re on the fence hopefully you’ll go ahead and pledge a little bit towards a good cause!
C) I got a bit of good news which also throws a SHOCKING TWIST (too much reality TV for Rick) into things. The Blogathon doesn’t start until 6AM Pacific, or 9AM Eastern. This is decent because I get to sleep before I start, but it also means I end right before my softball game on Sunday. So I’ll be playing softball immediately following 24 straight hours of blogging. I can’t wait for that. :)
D) PLEASE try and plan some time to drop by the site on Saturday and post in the comments or on the Zonk. Keep me company. And my house shall be an open door Saturday, if you feel like hauling it up to Bolton you’re more than welcome to come watch movies or whatever I’m doing in the nth hour. If you don’t know where I live and think you might be up for a visit just e-mail me for some directions.
