NHL 2001/02 Concludes

Some of you will remember a LONG time ago I had begun a season in NHL 2002, and had put out the open invitation to any readers that wanted to become characters to contact me. A few did, and the season just ended tonight. Looking through the stats you’ll discover that the Beginner setting was no longer suitable for me (playing the Maple Leafs), and I’ll probably step the level up for the 2002/03 season. First up, the Playoffs, and I’ll be facing off against my friend Robert Thompson and his New York Rangers. In case you have no idea what I’m talking about, click here.

That said, these Playoffs won’t take long – if you want to take part in the next season, I can create you as a free agent and we’ll see who signs you. Your progress will then be tracked on the above page. Just toss me an e-mail if you want to try it out.

Cheers!

  1. Yo!
Sign me up. I’d like to be more of a power forward though … sort of in the Keith Tkachuk or Cam Neely mould. But perhaps with my 6’1″ 170lb frame that wouldn’t be appropriate :).
    Cheers,
