Quadriplegic Drops Lawsuit on ‘The Apprentice’

Citing a requirement for ‘excellent physical health’ during the audition process for NBC’s popular reality show ‘The Apprentice’, a wheelchair-bound reject applicant from St Louis, Missouri has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the show. James Schottel Jr has sought an injunction to stop auditions from proceeding until his case is heard. A spokesperson for Donald Trump referred questions to co-defendant Mark Burnett Productions LLC, who did not return requests by the St Louis Post-Dispatch for comment.
