Rick's Webnest Portfolio

Aside of full-time work in the business world, I also own and operate Cryptic Dimensions Media Publishing with a friend of mine. We specialize in creating Internet Webpages, as well as document processing and multimedia presentations.

Internet Work

Kroll Computer Systems is a nationwide company that deals in dispensing software for the pharmaceutical community. They recently had my company work on their official homepage, and we are proud to present the result. It is an extensive site featuring a wealth of information about the company and their industry. This page showcases great talent in frames, as well as graphics, animated GIFs, and tables.

Cryptic Dimensions is the company I founded with a friend operating out of Bolton, Ontario and specializing in everything computers, most especially Webpage design and creation. This page showcases our talents in borderless frames, interpage links, animated GIF creation, and image maps.

I completed a page devoted to the star of 2 Days in the Valley, and That Thing You Do!, Charlize Theron. This is simply a fan page offering articles, bios, images, and other related items for fans of Charlize. It is a triple, borderless framed site with interlinks and invisible tables.

College Work

Unfortunately, I have not had much chance to place my work on the Internet, as most of it is far too large and complex. Our large projects have been known to be in excess of 40 pages, therefore, I have taken what small samples I could find and placed them here. More will be added as soon as more become available. For the ads below, please click on the thumbnail to view a full version.

For a project in International Marketing last semester I decided to present my project (along with two partners) as an Internet homepage. It was based on a decision to bring a Lick's franchise to the island of Bermuda, and can be found by clicking on the image above. Once again, this is a triple framed site with good examples of graphics and font stylings.
Note: Site Down Temporarily

Below this are three advertisements we created for Ho-Lee-Chow, the Chinese fast-food chain. I did have the opportunity to show them to the manager of the chain, and he was quite impressed with them. (For some reason the printing stating "Great Chinese Food Delivered Fast and Fresh" became capitalized in the transition to .jpg format. This was not how it appeared in its original incarnation.)
