BEER BREAD
This is a tremendously easy recipe I thieved from the WWF Cookbook, Can You Take The Heat?, which was a surprisingly good cookbook - moreso than you'd think. Basically three ingredients, one of which is beer. Try this one at a party - you'll be surprised how much better everyone thinks it tastes when you tell them it has beer in it. :)

Preheat your oven to 325oF. In a large bowl blend the flour and sugar. Quickly mix in one can of beer. Put the mixture into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Wet your fingers and smooth the top. Bake for one hour, or until golden brown. Brush the top of the bread with the melted butter and serve.

Was it good, I don't remember much about it When things start to feel right you can count on me to start to doubt it. - Peter Stuart
