Since most of you are aware I have this fondness for cooking, and what with my going back to school to learn how to be a Chef, I figured it was about time
I started collecting and publishing some of the food I've been making here at home. Most of the recipes are either created by me or adapted loosely from
existing ones. In the case that I've adapted one I'll try to credit it in the recipe itself. You'll find I'm a big fan of Southwestern cuisine and huge on
flavour. As Michael Smith might say, "it's all about flavour." My stuff is going to be crammed full of spices and marinades - often something you might
feel to be an odd combination - but just trust me on them. If you do use a recipe, let me know what you thought. Hope you enjoy them! I've broken them
